T3 Studio Ltd. — Graphic Design Terms & Conditions

1. Project Scope
The design services rendered are limited to the specific deliverable(s) selected at the time of submission. Any additions or changes to the original scope will be quoted separately before work begins.

2. Revisions
Every graphic design project includes 3 complimentary rounds of revisions. A revision is defined as minor adjustments to an existing concept — including changes to text, color, layout, or sizing. Revisions do not include fundamental changes to the design direction or concept. Additional revisions beyond the 3 included are available at an agreed rate prior to execution.

3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, final copy, logos, brand files, and any reference materials required to complete the project. T3 Studio is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Any delays caused by late submission of required materials may affect the agreed timeline.

4. Payment
A deposit is required before work begins. Projects under $500 require full payment upfront. Projects between $500–$1,500 require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Work will not be released until full payment is received.

5. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from receipt of all required materials and deposit confirmation. Rush requests may be accommodated at an additional fee.

6. Approval & Final Files
Once the client provides written approval of the final design, the project is considered complete. Any changes requested after approval will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly. Final files are delivered in the agreed format (PDF, PNG, JPG, or source files where applicable).

7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full usage rights to the final approved design for the intended purpose. T3 Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If T3 Studio is unable to complete the project, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

9. Liability
T3 Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered design. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the final design complies with any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

10. Agreement
By submitting this request and paying the deposit, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
